Insulet Corporation Accounts Payable Coordinator in Billerica, Massachusetts

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for timely processing of invoices according to company procedures and other accounts payable-related activities. This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours per week.

  • Vouchers invoices and coordinates for payment approval with various business contacts

  • Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

  • Answers vendor inquiries

  • Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files

  • Prepares cleared checks for storage

  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required

  • Assists Corporate Accounting team as necessary

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent

  • In process of obtaining a college degree in the field of accounting, finance, or business administration or existing business experience

  • Detail-Oriented: Follows precise procedures and demonstrates thoroughness in performing job tasks and assignments

  • Productivity/Organizing/Planning: Meets deadlines, demonstrates effective use of time, and handles multiple assignments simultaneously

  • Communication Skills: The ability to convey both written and verbal information effectively and efficiently
